Be Part of Something Great This Holiday Season!
Adverse childhood experiences are traumatic events that can have lasting, harmful effects on a child’s health and well-being. But at Great Life Mentoring, we offer an evidence-based intervention that has the power to change that.
What Our Kind of Great Looks Like
Meet Brianna: A minority youth who was experiencing depression and a difficult home life. She went from rarely attending school and being at risk of not graduating, to attending in person full time, being elected to student government and graduating on time! This change happened over 18 months of being matched with her Great Life mentor. She is now attending a state university!

Our Organization, With Your Support, Improves Lives
Since 2000, Great Life Mentoring has become an Evidence-Based Practice, and worked in partnership with mental health care organizations to provide nearly 100,000 hours of consistency, supportive interactions, and hope to over 1,000 young people. In January 2024, the organization received a generous one-time grant from the Chris and Dee Dee Gibson Foundation to establish a site in Portland, OR. Sustaining partners are now needed to provide on-going services to youth in Portland, OR.
